Welcome to WRANGLER KENNELS. We are located in the beautiful agricultural region known as the Mesilla Valley in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We have been breeding gundogs for over 20 years. We specialize in champion bred English and German Shorthaired Pointer gundogs for the serious upland bird hunter and foot trialer. Our dogs are hard driving and biddable with exceptional style and class. Our bloodlines are known for their great noses and natural ability to retrieve and back. The name "WRANGLER" Kennels was derived from a long history of training and breeding horses and the direct relation our horses have with our gundogs at our kennel. We have a huge admiration, love and respect for both and have found there are many training simularites in the two.

Our GSP's are double bred Dixieland's Rusty bloodlines. These bloodlines include FC/AFC Rusty's Blue Earth Rexx, 3X NFC Dixieland's Smokin Freedom, NFC Uodibar's Shoot The Moon and DC Rugerheim's Bit of Bourbon. These proven bloodlines have produced many great German Shorthaired Pointer gundogs at our kennel. We plan to offer one or two GSP litters per year with these Dixieland's Rusty bloodlines.

Our Pointers are specifically 9X CH Honky Tonk Attitude and 25X CH Crow's Little Joe bloodlines. We currently have one of the last breeding daughters of Crow's Little Joe (Pictured below). We also have an own son of Honky Tonk Attitude for stud so that we can cross over to our Little Joe bred females. We plan to offer two or three litters per year with this proven cross of superior gundogs. Wrangler Kennels recently whelped a frozen semen litter from Honky Tonk Attitude himself out of one of our double bred grand daughters of Crow's Little Joe. We retained a male and the only female in the litter for future breeding stock. We are very committed to providing the tightest Honky Tonk Attitude & Crow's Little Joe bloodlines possible.
